As a cyclist myself, Egor, I feel every word of this. I got into cycling because I wanted to transition from running to triathlon as my competitive field, and you have to have a bike. I remember the sticker shock of seeing what a good bike really costs--and now it seems a bargain. And I know what kinds of friendships are formed in and out of the saddle when you've logged thousands of miles together.
