Great piece, Conni! I love the distillation of years in the business. There are many great sentences here, but I think my favorite is: "The most expensive thing you'll ever buy is a cheap lawyer." I suppose something similar could be said of a doctor, contractor, mechanic, etc.

BTW, the ancient Greek king is Pyrrhus, and his adjective is Pyrrhic. (I hate to be that guy, but Classics is my bag.)
