If Medvedev pulls out or gets injured early, it will be the first time I remember that 3 of the top 4 seeds are injured in a major tournament. That is very concerning. Injuries happen, of course, but they seem to be happening more often. Maybe because there are so many younger players? A few years ago, during the domination of Roger/Rafa/Novak, the thinking was that the game was too physical for the younger players--one's body needed years to grow into that level. Then Alcaraz wiped all that away. Or maybe not...
