I drink cow's milk, at least enough to froth in a cappuccino each morning, but for overnight oats and smoothies I generally use almond milk. I make my own. It's quite easy, tastes great, and is cost effective compared to store bought. The only downside is its quick perishing: I have to use it within five days at most.
