I'm sorry that happened to you, Guven. Administrators "serve at the pleasure" of administrators above them, as I was once told when a dean wanted to make an administrative change, but it still hurts. Especially if you enjoyed the administrative job you were doing. I hope that you have found another position that is satisfying and rewarding.
