Oh Lilliana, I'm sorry your dogs have been attacked so often--once is too often--and been in the mix yourself. That's terrifying. I'm sorry your dogs are suffering the effects, too. I hope that folks in your neighborhood practice more responsible ownership, out of a sense of responsibility or shame. The motivation doesn't matter; the result does.
