Thank you for reading and responding, Eiman! Dogs truly are a lot of work so you're probably wise to err on the side of caution. But dogs are also wonderful companions and they're animals, so they don't require what a child requires, for example. Whenever I hear people worrying about a student or an elderly person or a homeless person having a dog, I think that the worry would better be directed toward the person!

As you read, I don't think I was a great master for my great dog, but I'm improving!
