Thank you so much, Conni. Doug's fine, too. He returned to Columbia, our home town, but he's on his way back up tomorrow (Friday) with supplies. I don't think either of us will stay in Asheville as long as there's no water. But yes, we're both fine.

Your response resembles so many of the messages I kept getting, but I couldn't read the news or see the photos. Only yesterday when wifi returned was I able to see the extent of it. I'm stunned.
