Thanks for the introduction to this book and Bishop Erik Varden, Harry. I listened to a bit of the podcast and I'll try to finish it sometime.

I don't think about chastity much these days, but I have in the past. I reached no clear conclusions: if anything, I concluded my younger concern about chastity was time and thought wasted. It might be a good time to revisit a serious treatment of the virtue.
