Thanks so much, M.J. I suspect that I will find a way, too. The hardest thing about the current moment is the uncertainty. I just learned yesterday what the procedure and time table are for personnel decisions past next year: they'll be made by late September. I learned about the chancellor's proposal in late May. That's made for a hard summer.

But once the decision is made, I'll go with it. There may be opportunities to stay and teach past next year or the next two, but once I know, I can plan accordingly.
