Well, this puts the "friend zone" narrative to bed, doesn't it? Literally.

I understand this. (Actually, I like cilantro, too.) So many of the components of friendship--legitimate enjoyment of each other's company, investment in each other's experiences, giving and receiving the benefit of doubts--are just solid foundations of a loving romantic life.
